Funding services that:

  • Provide food assistance, such as food pantries, meal programs, and grocery or produce distribution
  • Offer emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness
  • Connect individuals and families to stabilizing services, including housing placement, case management, benefits enrollment, and homelessness prevention

Grant Criteria

  • Service Area: Southern California — Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, San Diego, Imperial, Kern, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties
  • Budget: Annual operating budget of $1 million or below
  • Staffing: Minimum of one full-time paid staff member
  • Organization Type: Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or have a qualified fiscal sponsor/agent
